• All first time orders of A Cheerful Giver Candles will be a minimum of $200.00.  All re-orders must be a minimum of $100.00
• Net 30's are given consideration after first credit card purchase.  We do not accept Proforma or COD's
• a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges will be charged for all returned or refused shipments
• In order to receive a refund for any damages, customers MUST keep all original product boxes and call within 3 days from receipt of merchandise.
• Please have all appropriate information ready when calling for claims such as: customer billing number, invoice number, tracking numbers on boxes etc.  Please call 1-954-963-2000 for all claims.
• Order cancellations must be submitted at least two weeks before required ship date.
• All past due accounts will be assessed a 1.5% monthly charge on their total unpaid balance.
• In the event that this account is sent to a colleciton agency or attorney for collection, the fees associated with the collection of the debt will be the resposibility of the purchaser.
• We discourage selling our products at craft shows, booths, or flea markets.  It is our discretion as a company to determine how our product is sold.
• We reserve the right to discontiue sales to any company due to the misuse of our product.
• Prices on all our products are subject to change without prior notice depending on market conditons.
• All pickup orders must be collected within 2 weeks of notification or the will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Our candles are a perishable product.  All sales are final after 30 days from the purchase date.
• All of our products stand up to the highest ethical standards and are supported by a diverse workforce.

• Our candle line consists of over 80 fragrances and 3 jar sizes.  Each of these sizes must be ordered in full cases with a minimum of 2 jars per scent.
• We will mix scents in a case, but we can not mix jar sizes in a case.
• We currently offer 2 choices of lids - Primitive (flat black) and Upscale (hammered copper).  If there is no specified lid choice, we will sent the Primitive lid.  

The candle of the Month club

• Candle of the Month candles must be chosen by the customer for the upcoming 12 months when the order is placed. Full cases only.  The fragrances chosen will recieve a 20% discount for the first 2 months and a 10% discount for the following 10 months of that year.  Customers may add additional candles of that fragrance such as votives, pillars or potpourri and recieve a 10% discount.  A customer may not receive multiple months at one time.
• Shipping for COTM's is approximately the 15th of the previous month.
• This is a full year commitment and early cancellation will result in a $50.00 fee.

• Our Candles from The Heart are strongly scented primitive pillar candles offered in 14 fragrances.  There is no minimum quantity for these candles.

• All furniture is custom made to order and will take place approximately 4-6 weeks to be shipped form date of order.
